Cooling towers have come to symbolize power plants – nuclear or not – around the world. Standing hundreds of feet tall with a distinctive hourglass profile, some of these “towers of power” show an unexpected side: they’ve become colossal curvaceous canvases upon which an astonishing variety of art has been displayed. Most uses of this image have been used in a sarcastic, almost sardonic fashion by anti-nuclear bloggers or to illustrate left-leaning articles on the nuclear power industry. Is putting a Happy Face on the most visible part of a nuclear power plant really so wrong?

Weird Golden Awards

Today everyone has a dog! Philosophical examination of dog shit would be complete without first pondering more existential questions like why dogs shit, and how. The answers may surprise and delight you. There are many interlocking components to the dog shit process. Food eaten by a dog (cupcakes, floppy disks, corn dogs, Vicodin) must first be processed into simpler, smaller elements suitable for delivery via the bloodstream to muscle and fatty tissue in the canine’s body. Every day i found in grass some dog poo. A lot of times a have it on my leg… This is insane! Why people don’t like cats?

Unique Bell Factory in Russia

If we were living in Middle Age we would probably had chance to see a bell factory in ever bigger town. Bells are not so popular today as they were once and it is hard to imagine that there is actually a factory which specialized its production only for bells. It seems that there is enough demand for bells so there is an factory which makes them. The photos you are just looking at are showing the bell factory which is located in Yaroslav region in Russia. It is proudly owned by Nikolai Shuvalov who seems to enjoy doing his small business.Bells which are produced in this factory can be found almost in any part of Russia or Ukraine. They are very popular and it seems that Nikolai doesn’t have much competitors in bell-production business. Every bell which is produced here is different and unique. They are specially decorated and most of them can be considered as a precious work of art.

This is Scary! Creepy Dolls Island

On a small island on Teshuilo Lake, between Xochimilco and Mexico City, three young girls were playing in the area when one drowned. Of course the area become known as a haunted spot and few trespassed on the land. A loner by the name of Julian Santana chose the place to live and honored the spirit child, said to haunt the area, with dolls. Often, Santana would find old discarded dolls to bring to the island as an offering. The dolls, tied to trees, in addition to a special alter he constructed for the child, became known by locals. What was also learned was that Santana had a wonderful garden of fresh produce. Locals began bringing old dolls in trade for fresh vegetables. The trade increased the collection so much that the island now has an amazing collection of thousands of dolls in various stages of disintegration. Really creepy!

Most Beautiful Leading Weather Forecasts

National Forecast’s all about the storms today. Storms stall in the Mid-Atlantic and Ohio Valley and there’s no break for storm weary Midwest. Or it could be ‘Midweek, thunderstorms and one or two thunderstorm complexes will roam from the western Dakotas, Nebraska and northern Kansas to Ohio and Kentucky. Some of these storms could be severe with damaging wind gusts the main threat. Heavy rainfall is on ongoing concern and some of the downpours will dump 1 to 3 inches or more in a short time causing flash flooding. North of this storminess, Wednesday could be rain free from Minnesota to Michigan.’ But, while i watching this beautiful women i don’t thinking about weather! Do you?
